Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential customers in the Buleleng Pancasari area to promote WiFi solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits of our internet services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions and campaigns.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to deliver compelling sales pitches.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product expertise.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in direct sales, retail, or customer-facing roles (preferably in telecom or IT products).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Buleleng Pancasari’s local market and business landscape is a plus.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM tools for reporting and tracking.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work flexible hours as needed.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and valid driver’s license for field sales activities.
