Responsibility
- Conduct field sales visits to businesses, households, and high-traffic areas to promote WiFi and broadband packages.
- Identify and convert leads into sales through persuasive presentations and tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain technical benefits in a clear, non-technical manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our products effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in direct sales, retail, or telecom (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and travel across assigned Bali regions.
- Basic understanding of WiFi, broadband, or IT products is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
- Own motorcycle and valid driver’s license (for mobility).
- Passion for technology and customer service with a problem-solving attitude.
