Responsibility
- Conduct field sales visits to residential and commercial clients in Bali to promote WiFi and broadband packages.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored internet solutions to drive conversions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain technical benefits in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product launches.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in direct sales, telecom, or retail (fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with WiFi, broadband, or IT products is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
- Ownership of a motorcycle (for mobility) and a smartphone for sales tracking.
