Responsibility
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote consumer products in Bali’s retail market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients to ensure consistent product availability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct sales, retail, or consumer products.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and distribution networks is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
