Responsibility
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and decor.
- Set up and arrange tables according to established standards, ensuring all utensils, glassware, and linens are in pristine condition.
- Assist guests with seating, taking coats, and providing general guidance to enhance their dining experience.
- Monitor and replenish supplies such as napkins, condiments, and table settings throughout service hours.
- Collaborate with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Inspect dining areas before and after service to ensure compliance with hygiene and presentation standards.
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on service protocols and company standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining or luxury establishments.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for presentation and cleanliness.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact warmly and professionally with guests.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift or move objects up to 10-15 kg.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business.
- Familiarity with basic dining etiquette and service standards.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to go above and beyond for guest satisfaction.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
