Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, making recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly, adhering to presentation and quality standards.
- Monitor guest needs and respond to requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues as needed.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and digital transactions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dining or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
