Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and optimize digital solutions to enhance business operations and customer experiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technological gaps and propose scalable IT solutions.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security of systems.
- Support the integration of new software, tools, and platforms to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative improvements.
- Document processes, policies, and technical specifications for internal knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, digital transformation, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in system administration, network management, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or POS systems is a plus, especially in the food services/hospitality sector.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies.
