Responsibility
- Manage and optimize Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Facebook Marketplace listings to maximize visibility and conversions.
- Create high-quality product videos, images, and written content tailored for social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Host live selling sessions to engage customers, demonstrate products, and drive real-time sales.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, click-through rates, sales data) to refine strategies.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand guidelines and promotional calendars.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments across platforms to ensure exceptional digital customer service.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome!).
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or e-commerce sales (internships or personal projects count!).
- Strong video editing and graphic design skills (proficiency in tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Suite is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Familiarity with Shopee, TikTok Shop, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling and trend-spotting.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Comfortable being on camera and hosting live streams with confidence.
