In this role, you will develop and execute data-driven social media campaigns, create high-impact content, and manage paid advertising to boost brand visibility and lead generation. Based in the vibrant hubs of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung), youâll collaborate with a global team while enjoying the flexibility of remote work in one of the worldâs most inspiring locations.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos) for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs and performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Manage paid social media advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) including budget allocation, A/B testing, and ROI tracking.
- Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and fostering community growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep strategies innovative.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, copywriting, SEO) to ensure brand consistency.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving engagement.
- Proficiency in social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with an understanding of SEO best practices.
- Experience with paid advertising (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) and budget management.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to work night shifts (aligning with international client time zones) and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
