Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, SEO-optimized content (posts, stories, reels, videos) aligned with brand voice and goals.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (engagement rates, follower growth, conversion metrics) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite.
- Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build customer loyalty and trust.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to ensure consistent branding and campaign alignment.
- Identify and leverage trends, influencers, and partnerships to expand reach and drive organic growth.
- Optimize paid social media campaigns (budget management, A/B testing, audience targeting) to maximize ROI.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and propose innovative strategies to outperform competitors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation for brands or agencies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and creative content (links or samples required).
- Proficiency in social media tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
