Responsibility

  • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies tailored to F&B brands, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
  • Create and curate engaging content (copy, graphics, videos) aligned with brand voice and local market trends.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, engagement) using tools like Google Analytics and social insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, sales) to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.
  • Build and maintain influencer and partnership programs to expand brand reach and credibility in Bali’s competitive F&B scene.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
  • Optimize local SEO and Google My Business listings to enhance visibility for physical F&B locations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools (Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Creative mindset with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, content creation, or growth hacking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
