Responsibility
- Develop and implement brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials, including digital, print, and social media.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, sales) to execute multi-channel campaigns aligned with brand strategy.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, ROI) and provide actionable insights.
- Manage social media calendars and content schedules, ensuring timely and on-brand delivery.
- Assist in organizing events, promotions, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
- Collaborate with vendors and agencies to produce high-quality marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, videos, ads).
- Support the creation of SEO-optimized content to improve organic reach and brand authority.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in brand coordination, marketing, or digital media (agency or in-house).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for brand aesthetics and storytelling.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-cultural team and adapt to evolving priorities.
