Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive student enrollment across online platforms.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Create and curate engaging content (social media, blogs, email, videos) tailored to the education sector and target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, CTR, etc.) to refine strategies and report insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (admissions, content, design) to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment.
- Implement SEO/SEM best practices to improve organic search rankings and visibility for WOUâs programs.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to innovate and maintain a competitive edge.
- Build and nurture community engagement through social media, forums, and other digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education, EdTech, or non-profit sectors.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns (PPC, social media, email) with measurable results.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush), and CRM systems.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills with an understanding of audience segmentation.
- Experience with A/B testing, marketing automation, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
