Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition across Bali's key markets (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Kuta, etc.)
  • Manage and optimize all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) with engaging content tailored to both local and international audiences
  • Create and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic
  • Plan, execute, and analyze digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) with clear ROI tracking
  • Collaborate with Japanese and Indonesian teams to develop culturally relevant marketing materials and campaigns
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, particularly those relevant to Bali's unique market
  • Manage relationships with influencers and digital partners across Bali's vibrant creative community

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with exposure to international markets
  • Proven track record of successful digital campaigns with measurable results
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Japanese language skills are a plus)
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns
