Responsibility
- Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Write engaging blog posts, articles, and newsletter content to educate and inspire our beauty community.
- Design aesthetically pleasing graphics and short-form video content that align with the Elizabeth Beauty Art brand guidelines.
- Manage social media calendars, schedule posts, and monitor audience interaction to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the internal team to brainstorm and execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and digital marketing best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Strong writing and editorial skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience in mobile video editing (CapCut or similar apps) for Reels and TikTok.
- Deep understanding of current social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Based in or willing to work on-site in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
