Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for skincare products.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) with a focus on ROI and customer acquisition.
- Create and oversee content calendars for social media, blogs, and email marketing, ensuring alignment with brand voice and trends.
- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CAC, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to refine campaigns.
- Collaborate with influencers, beauty bloggers, and KOLs to amplify brand reach and credibility.
- Lead SEO/SEM initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Coordinate with the product and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in the beauty/skincare industry.
- Proven track record of managing high-performing ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google) with a budget of $10K+/month.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads; familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills for social media, blogs, and email marketing.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Experience working with influencers and affiliate programs in the beauty space.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
