Responsibility
- Develop and execute high-impact digital marketing strategies focused on performance marketing and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve lead quality and volume.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including CPA, CPC, ROAS, and lead conversion rates.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and lead generation.
- Proven track record of managing successful paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other marketing tools.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot are advantageous.
