Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote Chinatown’s business and cultural initiatives across Bali.
- Create and manage engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, blogs, and social media posts) tailored to diverse audiences.
- Optimize SEO and SEM campaigns to increase online visibility and drive organic traffic to association platforms.
- Coordinate with local businesses, influencers, and media partners to amplify reach and engagement through collaborations and sponsorships.
- Analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, social insights) to refine strategies and report ROI to stakeholders.
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, including festivals, workshops, and networking sessions to foster community growth.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and CRM systems to nurture leads and retain members.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and adapt strategies to leverage emerging platforms and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or cultural sectors.
- Proven expertise in social media management (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Strong SEO/SEM knowledge and experience with Google Ads, Analytics, and keyword research tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Indonesian is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and performance tracking.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape or experience in cross-cultural marketing is highly desirable.
