Responsibility
- Develop and execute content strategies across digital platforms (social media, blogs, email, websites) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create high-quality, SEO-optimized written and visual content, including articles, social media posts, videos, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align content with lead generation and conversion goals, acting as a bridge between marketing and sales.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage social media accounts, community engagement, and influencer partnerships to expand reach and credibility.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor insights, and audience preferences to inform content and campaign direction.
- Optimize content for local and international audiences, ensuring cultural relevance and language precision.
- Assist in paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with a focus on ROI and audience targeting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in content creation, digital marketing, or sales support roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing writing, graphic design, or multimedia content (links or samples required).
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite) or video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights for campaign optimization.
