Responsibility
- Develop and execute AI-powered digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Create, curate, and optimize high-quality content (blogs, social media, videos, emails) tailored to target audiences.
- Manage and analyze performance metrics (SEO, PPC, social media, email campaigns) using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
- Leverage automation tools and AI platforms (e.g., Jasper, Midjourney, ChatGPT) to streamline content creation and campaign management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with business goals and customer needs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and algorithm updates to refine strategies.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and ROI for all digital marketing activities, providing actionable insights.
- Optimize user experience (UX) and conversion rates through A/B testing and data-driven adjustments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, content creation, or SEO/SEM.
- Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., generative AI, chatbots, predictive analytics) and marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp).
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with a portfolio of engaging content (blogs, social posts, ad copy).
- Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation (Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar).
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify) is a plus.
