Responsibility
- Create and curate high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, and graphics) for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in developing and executing social media calendars and content strategies to enhance brand engagement and reach.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement rates, impressions, click-through rates) to optimize content and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and influencer partnerships.
- Write SEO-friendly captions, blog posts, and product descriptions to improve search visibility and user engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithms, and best practices in digital marketing and content creation.
- Assist in managing community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries on social media.
- Support the creation of monthly reports summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation (portfolio or social media samples required).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency.
