Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to streamline production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MES with ERP, PLC, and other industrial systems.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure accuracy and security of manufacturing data.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on MES functionalities and best practices.
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP) and regulatory requirements in digital manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors for timely resolutions.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in implementing or managing MES or similar industrial IT systems.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required for collaboration with regional teams.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, PLC programming, and industrial automation protocols (e.g., OPC UA).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, machine learning) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
