Responsibility
- Design and develop high-quality digital assets, including websites, banners, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing strategies.
- Optimize digital assets for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to deliver innovative solutions.
- Conduct user experience (UX) research and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications and are compatible across devices and browsers.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide creative input and technical expertise during brainstorming and planning sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Designer/Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
- Strong coding skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
