Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end development and execution of digital campaigns, from strategy and planning to post-campaign analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with business objectives and KPIs.
- Design data-driven campaign briefs, including target audience segmentation, messaging, and channel selection (e.g., social media, SEO/SEM, email, display ads).
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to maximize ROI and engagement.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to innovate campaign strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to amplify campaign reach and impact.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Proven track record of successful campaign execution with measurable results in lead generation, conversion, or brand awareness.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush).
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to derive insights from campaign metrics (CTR, CAC, ROI, etc.).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in content creation and copywriting for digital channels, with a keen eye for design and user experience.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
