Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn to drive conversions and ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and audience insights in the outdoor fashion niche.
- Create and A/B test high-converting ad creatives, including copy, images, and videos tailored to different customer segments.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (CTR, CAC, ROAS, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party dashboards.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align ad strategies with brand messaging and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximize efficiency and scalability.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform algorithm updates, and new ad formats to keep Hikemore at the forefront of the industry.
- Generate performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in e-commerce or fashion industries.
- Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads with a track record of successful campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets).
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with outdoor enthusiasts.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and how paid ads integrate with organic strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with tight deadlines.
- Passion for outdoor activities, sustainability, or fashion is a plus!
