Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Digital Marketing COE, including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence management.
  • Coordinate meetings, webinars, and digital events, ensuring all logistical and technical requirements are met.
  • Maintain and organize digital files, databases, and documentation systems for easy retrieval and compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and marketing materials using digital tools and platforms.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and digital subscriptions to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Support social media and content management tasks, including scheduling posts and tracking engagement metrics.
  • Conduct research and compile data to assist in digital marketing strategies and campaign planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within a digital or marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
