Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of software engineers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
- Architect, design, and oversee the development of scalable CRM applications aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring on-time, high-quality releases.
- Implement best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive technical innovation by evaluating and adopting emerging technologies to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Ensure robust security, compliance, and data integrity across all CRM solutions.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks to maintain productivity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and modern web technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, .NET).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
