Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patrons with a positive attitude.
- Efficiently handle orders, manage POS transactions, and process payments accurately.
- Prepare and assemble a variety of desserts according to brand standards and safety guidelines.
- Maintain kiosk cleanliness, ensuring workstations and display areas are spotless at all times.
- Manage inventory stock levels and notify management when supplies are running low.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe food handling environment.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures of the kiosk to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in F&B, retail, or a kiosk-based service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and digital transactions.
- Flexible availability to accommodate shift rotations, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new preparation techniques.
