In this role, you will act as a financial bridge, helping our customers manage their accounts, understand their payment options, and stay on track with their financial goals. Responsibility

  • Proactively contact customers via phone, email, and chat regarding account status and upcoming payment deadlines.
  • Provide clear, empathetic guidance to customers to help them navigate payment options and resolve outstanding balances.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions within our collections management system.
  • Negotiate realistic repayment plans while adhering to company policies and industry regulatory standards.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recovery targets and service quality.
  • Identify common customer payment challenges and provide constructive feedback to management to improve processes.
  • Deliver exceptional service that maintains the Kredivo brand reputation as a reliable and professional financial partner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, customer service, or a high-volume call center environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to remain professional and empathetic while managing difficult conversations.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite (especially Excel), and general office technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven office environment.
  • Knowledge of Philippine consumer protection laws and financial regulations is a significant advantage.
