Responsibility
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual assets, including digital and print materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to create compelling design solutions that align with business objectives.
- Design and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for campaigns, social media, websites, and other marketing collateral.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Optimize designs for various platforms, ensuring responsiveness and user-friendly experiences.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve outcomes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a design role, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and experience designing for digital platforms is a plus.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for real estate, technology, or related industries is highly desirable.
