Responsibility
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth, revenue, and market expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine service offerings and improve competitive positioning.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior management role within the tourism, travel, or hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of Baliās tourism market and its key drivers.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Tech-savvy with experience in travel management software, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
