Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational change and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Oversee the design and execution of employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
- Develop and implement performance management systems that drive accountability and high performance across the organization.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and employer branding initiatives.
- Manage HR operations, including compliance with local labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Drive digital transformation in HR, leveraging technology to enhance HR processes and employee experience.
- Mentor and develop the HR team, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP or leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading HR transformation initiatives and driving organizational change.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
