Responsibility

  • Manage daily department administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and office supply coordination.
  • Prepare and process essential property-related documents, agreements, and contracts with high accuracy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal inquiries and coordinate communication across various departments.
  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring all property records are accurate and compliant with company standards.
  • Assist with the scheduling of meetings, site inspections, and preparation of presentation materials for stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming correspondence and manage calendars to ensure efficient workflow management.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes to enhance departmental efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably within the Real Estate sector.
