Responsibility
- Manage daily department administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and office supply coordination.
- Prepare and process essential property-related documents, agreements, and contracts with high accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal inquiries and coordinate communication across various departments.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring all property records are accurate and compliant with company standards.
- Assist with the scheduling of meetings, site inspections, and preparation of presentation materials for stakeholders.
- Handle incoming correspondence and manage calendars to ensure efficient workflow management.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes to enhance departmental efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably within the Real Estate sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive property documentation with integrity.
