Responsibility
- Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, and financial options, addressing any questions or concerns with clarity and empathy.
- Liaise between patients, dentists, and administrative staff to facilitate seamless communication and care delivery.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and financial documentation in compliance with clinic policies.
- Assist in managing patient inquiries, both in-person and via phone/email, providing professional and timely responses.
- Support the dental team in preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available.
- Monitor and follow up on patient treatment progress, ensuring adherence to scheduled plans and addressing any delays.
- Contribute to a positive clinic atmosphere by upholding high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental or healthcare coordination role, with a strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and team members.
- Proficient in using dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Certification or training in dental assisting or healthcare administration is highly desirable.
