Responsibility
- Design, fabricate, and repair dental prosthetics (crowns, bridges, dentures, etc.) based on dentist prescriptions.
- Operate CAD/CAM systems and other advanced dental lab equipment to ensure precision in restorations.
- Collaborate with dentists and dental specialists to customize appliances for individual patient needs.
- Maintain strict quality control standards for all dental laboratory work.
- Manage inventory of dental materials and supplies, ensuring timely restocking.
- Follow all health, safety, and sterilization protocols in the laboratory.
- Document all work orders and maintain accurate patient records.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and materials.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Dental Technology from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Technician, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Proficiency in using CAD/CAM systems and other dental lab tools.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for precision work.
- Knowledge of dental materials, alloys, ceramics, and composites.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with dental professionals.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.
