Responsibility
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Manage patient records, appointments, and follow-ups using dental software.
- Assist dentists during procedures by preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and handing tools as needed.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions.
- Handle administrative tasks, including billing, insurance claims, and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Coordinate with dental labs for prosthetics, X-rays, and other diagnostic services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist, Dental Assistant, or in a similar healthcare administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and clinic workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, especially in record-keeping and compliance with health regulations.
- Certification in dental assisting (e.g., CDA, RDA) or relevant training is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
