Responsibility
- Analyze clinical and population health data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to clinical operations and patient care quality.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in healthcare data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is advantageous.
