Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, appointment scheduling, and service delivery.
- Develop and manage staff rosters, optimizing workforce allocation to meet patient demand and operational needs.
- Monitor and analyze revenue KPIs, implementing strategies to enhance financial performance and profitability.
- Supervise billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely collections.
- Implement cost-control measures to reduce waste and improve resource utilization without compromising care quality.
- Lead, mentor, and train clinical and administrative staff to maintain high standards of patient care and service.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance patient experience.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and clinic policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinic or healthcare operations management, preferably in a dental or medical setting.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and KPIs with a data-driven approach.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software (e.g., dental practice management systems, ERP tools).
- Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and compliance standards is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
