Arah Coffee is currently seeking a highly analytical Demand & Replenishment Specialist to join our team in Surakarta. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our inventory strategy, ensuring that our multi-outlet operations run seamlessly through precise forecasting and proactive replenishment.
As our Demand & Replenishment Specialist, you will leverage data to balance supply and demand, minimize stock-outs, and reduce waste. You will collaborate closely with procurement, warehouse teams, and 3PL partners to optimize stock levels across all locations. Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasting models to ensure optimal stock availability across all outlets.
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly replenishment plans based on sales trends and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor inventory levels proactively to prevent overstocking and minimize food waste.
- Coordinate with 3PL logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate distribution of goods.
- Analyze supply chain performance data to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable improvements.
- Perform regular stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies between systems and physical counts.
- Collaborate with the store management team to align replenishment strategies with localized demand patterns.
- Report key supply chain KPIs (Fill Rate, Inventory Turnover, Waste %) to management regularly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or inventory management, preferably within the F&B or retail sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and inventory management software.
- Deep understanding of the replenishment cycle and multi-location logistics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage 3PL relationships effectively.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and proactive in solving operational supply chain challenges.
- Based in or willing to work in Surakarta, Jawa Tengah.
