Responsibility
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods to designated locations.
- Perform pre-delivery checks to verify the condition and quantity of goods.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary signatures or confirmations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations during deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve any delivery issues.
- Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition.
- Handle and transport goods with care to prevent damage or loss.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Pokka professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in delivery or logistics roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the local area and routes in Bali.
