Responsibility
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regional partners, to align data operations with business objectives.

- Monitor data quality and integrity, implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports in both English and Mandarin to support decision-making.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in data analysis, operations, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of projects.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is required.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
