Responsibility
- Design, implement, and optimize data centre infrastructure to support AI and high-performance computing workloads.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient data centre solutions.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for critical infrastructure deployments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data centre performance, ensuring uptime, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Integrate emerging technologies (e.g., liquid cooling, modular designs, renewable energy solutions) into data centre operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and best practices for infrastructure management.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and cross-functional partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in data centre design, construction, or operations.
- Strong knowledge of data centre architectures, including power, cooling, networking, and security systems.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, high-density computing, or hyperscale environments is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Certifications such as PMP, CDCP, or vendor-specific accreditations (Cisco, Dell, Schneider) are advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a multicultural, innovative workspace.
