Responsibility
- Provide expert pre-sales technical support to clients, understanding their data center needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and present technical proposals, demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
- Design and architect data center solutions, including cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructures.
- Conduct technical presentations and workshops to educate clients on the benefits and features of our data center solutions.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings in the data center space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their data center needs.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and go-to-market plans for data center solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or solutions engineering role, preferably in data center or cloud technologies.
- Strong technical knowledge of data center architectures, including networking, storage, virtualization, and security.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud solutions is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco, VMware, AWS, Azure) are highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
