Responsibility
- Develop, deploy, and maintain automation scripts and workflows to eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Design and optimize data pipelines to ensure seamless extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of structured and unstructured data.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement, presenting insights through dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and implement data-driven solutions that align with business objectives.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and data integrity.
- Implement data governance and quality control measures to maintain accuracy and consistency across datasets.
- Stay updated with emerging data tools, technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovations to enhance our automation framework.
- Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications for internal knowledge sharing and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst, Automation Specialist, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of automation projects.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or R for data manipulation, analysis, and automation (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, PySpark).
- Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, Apache Airflow) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Hands-on experience with APIs, web scraping, or robotic process automation (RPA) tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
