Responsibility
- Manage and administer the accurate maintenance of special pricing databases and systems.
- Review, analyze, and validate new promotions, discounts, and pricing strategies to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits and validations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Experience with SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM tools, or pricing software is an advantage.
