Responsibility
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support operational improvements and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver analytics solutions tailored to business needs.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and provide data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, preferably in the financial services or insurance sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing, or big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
