Responsibility
- Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and develop a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Strategic Analytics: Design and implement advanced analytical models, frameworks, and tools to solve complex business challenges.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, define KPIs, and translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Data Governance: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Innovation & Automation: Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies (e.g., AI, ML, predictive analytics) to streamline processes and enhance decision-making.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on team and project performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, marketing, and operations teams to integrate analytics into business workflows.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools; experience with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or banking is highly desirable.
