Responsibility
- Respond to and manage incoming client data requests with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely delivery of insights.
- Analyze data usage trends to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or process improvements.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to align data solutions with client business objectives.
- Develop and present custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to stakeholders using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or SQL.
- Conduct data quality assessments and recommend enhancements to Dun & Bradstreetâs datasets.
- Provide training and support to clients on data interpretation and best practices for leveraging D&B products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to position D&Bâs data solutions effectively.
- Document client interactions, feedback, and resolutions to improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or advisory roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and enterprise data platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with Dun & Bradstreetâs products (e.g., D-U-N-S, Hoovers) or similar B2B data solutions.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
