You will oversee the development of our dancers, ensuring tight execution, perfect blocking, and an engaging screen presence. Responsibility
- Develop and execute high-impact choreography tailored for TikTok Live short-form and long-form broadcasts.
- Conduct intensive training sessions focused on technical proficiency, endurance, and performance energy.
- Manage stage blocking and spatial choreography to optimize visual appeal for mobile camera formats.
- Maintain strict discipline and professional conduct during rehearsals and live sessions.
- Organize, edit, and maintain an extensive library of dance audio tracks and sound cues.
- Lead periodic skill assessments and provide actionable feedback to enhance dancer performance.
- Collaborate with production teams to align movement style with brand aesthetics and trends.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in TV, stage performance, or commercial dance studios.
- Strong background in dance education or coaching with a focus on precision and technique.
- Deep understanding of trending dance styles suitable for social media platforms.
