As a DW Runner, you will work closely with our service and kitchen staff to maintain the flow of orders, assist with table arrangements, and uphold the high-quality service standards Pison Group is known for. Responsibility
- Transport food and beverage orders from the kitchen to tables promptly and accurately.
- Assist the service team with table setup, clearing, and re-setting to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service station and dining areas.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status and special requests.
- Support the front-of-house team during peak hours to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Respond quickly to guest needs and assist with basic inquiries or requests.
- Ensure all service tools and equipment are handled with care and stored properly.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a food runner, busser, or server in a restaurant setting is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods while carrying trays.
- Exceptional punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Good understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
